Knot Time App Reviews

Well i think, this version of knot time is nice. The graphics, the thumbnales and much more is exiting and lokks even better. Just the "play video" button is ugly. Just think of an apple-like play-button. :)

It is a beatiful and simple app for any user to learn from. Videos are much easier than most pictures. I hope to see new knots on here as frequently as possible. Great app!

I cant believe that there is not a list if positve reviews here. This program is perfect. Please keep the updates comin. Update: The recent addition of lashings is exellent. Love to see ya do the "Turks Head". Not a practical knot but a cool one for Scouts.

Now I can cheat and look like a pro when Im out on the boat ! Very handy. One feature that would be great, is if you could watch in slow motion as well. Maybe a search function, based off the text description for each knot. But even without any enhancements, this is a very well done app, crisp video, clear audio, good job encoding it. Excellent - well done !

Id like to see the palimar knot and snell added to the fishing knot section to be more complete.

I found myself using the free version of the app all of the time so I figured I should pony up for the full version. Real easy to follow along and you can pause and scrub for some of the dificult knots. the only way to improve is to get a better audio on the desciption. well worth the price!

Videos are nice. Still shots would also be helpful.

An app I actually use.

Id just like to see the chain knot which I use for boating very often to keep the rope neat and the best way to untie the knots in the videos.

Get app and well worth the price. Better than expected from the description. A must have for anyone needing this info.

Excellent job! This app has so many useful knots and has never crashed on me. The tutorials are well put and so easy to rewind and watch again if you get lost.

I was not expecting much for 99 cents. What I got was much more than I expected. The tutorials are simple and the narration easy to listen to. Hope to see more soon. Great job!

I find the videos clear, concise, and very helpful in learning new knots. What I would like to see in a future update is, when the video ends, to keep the final frame visible on the screen. As it is now, when the video ends, you are taken back to the list of knots/videos. I like having the visual of the completed tied knot to compare with my own.

I have two other apps on knots. This one, far and away, is the best! The others draw pictures about how to make a particular knot. This one has videos on how to make them. It so much easier to learn how to make a knot when you see someone doing it. There are General knots, Boating knots, Mountaineering knots, Fishing knots, and Lashings. This IS MY FAVORITE!! Buy this app! You will not be sorry

some how with the 3g s the videos in the app have gone green some sort of screen or something. other than that i love this app. i hope for an update to fix that.
